Mr. Thomas is the founder of Thomas and Talbot Real Estate, and has been a prominent landowner in Loudoun, Fauquier and Clarke Counties his entire life. Phillip Thomas has been an active participant and force in the hunt country and luxury real estate market since the early 1960s. Mr. Thomas has long served his community as: a member of the Board of Directors of the Middleburg Community Center; Co-Chairman of the Middleburg Spring Races (benefitting Loudoun County Hospital) a member of the Board of Directors of Grafton School in Clarke County for intellectually challenged and special needs children; a board member of the Goose Creek Association, a watch committee for environmental issues affecting our area; the Middleburg Business and Professional Association; a member of the Dulles South Advisory Committee; a member of the preservation-focused Clarke County Mountain Land Committee; and life founding member of The Great Meadow Foundation.
